    10×10 or 10×20 inline. Your graphics printed by us or supplied to spec.

    We deliver & install

    Checked and packed in our Chicago shop, then set up on the show floor.

  4. 04

    We tear down

    Dismantle and pick-up after the show. Your graphics can be stored for the next one.

01What’s included in a rental?
The booth structure for your show. Graphics, delivery, install and dismantle, and storage are listed on the bid.
02Should we rent or buy?
It depends on how many shows you do a year and how much the booth needs to change between them. Renting avoids owning, storing and refurbishing a booth. Tell us your show schedule and we can talk through both.
03What booth sizes can we rent?
10×10 and 10×20 inline booths. Need something larger or custom? Ask us on the bid form.
04How far ahead should we book?
It depends on the booth, graphics and show date. Send the show date and we work back from it.
05Do you install and dismantle?
Tell us on the bid whether you need setup and teardown or have your own labor.
06Can you build something custom instead of a rental?
Yes. Activations, stages, brand environments and one-off pieces are on the Experiential page. Send the drawings or the brief and we bid the build.
07What about graphics?
Graphics are made for your booth. Tell us on the bid whether you have print-ready files or need design help.
