Flag it on the bid form and we confirm NDA handling before any files change hands.
02Can you white-label?
Ask on the bid. We confirm per job whether a build can be delivered unbranded, with no Sazu marks on or around the piece.
03What are the timelines?
Timelines depend on scope and your in-hand date. Send the in-hand date and we work back from it.
04Do you provide install crews?
Send the venue and load-in date with the brief and we confirm what load-in support applies to your build.
05How is pricing set from drawings?
We price from your renderings and drawings. Missing details are listed as assumptions on the bid.
06Can we rent instead of build?
Some experiential pieces can be rented for the event and returned. Pick “Rent for the event” on the bid form.
07Do you also rent trade show booths?
Yes. 10×10 and 10×20 inline booth rentals are on the Rental Booths page, quoted per show.
08How do change orders work?
Changes after sign-off are priced and approved before work proceeds.
